Philosophy

The Anusara Yoga philosophy is Tantric in nature. The observable universe is perceived through our senses and mind as a manifestation of divine will, that is pure joy to behold.
All that is the supreme consciousness and nothing is not the highest consciousness.
Body, mind and soul - Each person is considered divine in all aspects. Each of us is fundamentally sound, the acceptance by the condemnation of all differences and changes that we can, and approval of the world and ourselves, as we then respond with love.
We just opened our hearts to love in the time without pressure.

Practice

Anusara
The main intention of practicing Anusara Yoga is to align with the flow of grace from the truth that our essential nature is part of this divine power, and full of love and joy to serve this market.
Anusara yoga postures are "heart-oriented" and said that "within." Instead of trying to keep body and the mind of the external audit, is the product of the sense of depth. The emphasis is on remembering the spiritual purpose of hatha yoga, our innate goodness, power and beauty of reconnection, and expresses the divine place.
Our practice is seen as a co-investment with the highest level in a healthy and balanced, not as a practice of control or domination of nature.
Possibilities and limitations of each student are low, it is through these constraints that we discover our true nature is consciousness, and through our own body and mind we experience the greatest sense of freedom. Anusara Yoga seeks the good of all.

Traditionally, an Anusara Yoga class might open by singing the following mantra:

Om Namah Shivaya-gurave
Saccidananda-Murtaye
Nischprapanchaya-Shantay
Niralambaya-Texas

Bow to the goodness in me, as Shiva, the true master knows.
These form the essence of truth, consciousness and happiness.
Always present and full of peace, this essence inside is completely free throws and a divine light.
